Imagine for a moment the perfect investment. what would it be and what properties would you expect it to have? Ideally it would be quick, speed of returns are often more important than the internal rate of return. A typical investment matures at a year or more, but a fast cycle investment can mature in a week or a month. This means it can be repeated twelve or more times a year instead of once.

The ideal investment would also be low risk and finally high return if possible. With a wish list like that you would be forgiven for thinking we're dreaming. But defining an ideal investment goes a long way to helping you identify better what you're looking for, you may not find the perfect fit but even close to this would be an amazing find.

One investment tip I would like to offer is that you consider a more hands on approach to your investment activities. Most investors want a strictly passive return, where they place their money and wait. But if you've less seed capital, seek out investments that are a hybrid of part business, part investment. This type of investment really does offer much higher returns and the returns are directly proportional to your efforts exerted.
