What sort of investments do you seek out? An ideal investment would be one you literally could not pass up, but what properties would such an investment posses? Most investors have two main criteria they have to look at before investing in something and they're the risk evaluation and then the possible return. But a perfect investment would have one more factor added to it and that is SOR or speed of returns.

Speed of returns are often overlooked as most investors accept that an investment is for a year or even longer before it matures to produce a yield. But money isn't a food crop that needs time to mature. Money isn't organic in nature and it doesn't grow like an organic living thing, it grows mathematically and geometrically, because ultimately money is numerical in nature and not organic.

Yet the investment community treat it and talk about it as if it were a food crop. Money grows like crystals or stalactites. It grows sharply at hard angles, it grows unexpectedly and and fails to grow in other areas just as surprisingly.

An investment opportunity too good to pass up is one with stellar returns. However, knowing before hand if the investment will spike and grow, not like an orange tree, a little each year, but like a crystalline substance with geometric certainty.
